To prepare these cutlets, we need 1 kg of cabbage, half a Cup of semolina, olive oil, bread crumbs, salt and spices.

For a start, finely chop the cabbage and stew it on low heat until soft. Then slowly pour into it semolina and another ten minutes to simmer, constantly stirring. After the cabbage is finally ready, remove from the heat and let cool.

Form of cabbage of the mass of the patties. Next you need to roll cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil.

Carrot cakes vegetable

For these cakes you need to prepare 1 kg of carrots, half a Cup of semolina, half a Cup of water, 1 onion, olive oil, bread crumbs, salt and spices.

Cooking carrot cakes similar to the preparation of vegetable cutlets from cabbage. You just need to put out until half-cooked carrots and onions, adding the pre-in a frying pan or a saucepan with a little water.

Before removing the carrots from the heat, add a bit of semolina and stir carefully.

Buckwheat burgers lean

For these cakes you need the following ingredients – Cup of buckwheat groats, 300 g mushrooms (e.g. button mushrooms), 1 onion, 1 carrot, a couple of slices of rye bread, salt and spices to taste.

To start, boil the buckwheat and let it cool. Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms with onions and carrots. Connect buckwheat and mushrooms, add soaked in water, bread, salt and pepper to taste.

Shape patties, and then as usual — in the breadcrumbs and into the pan with olive oil.

Perfect for these cakes fit the Bechamel sauce. Make it too easy – dissolve 50 grams of flour in water and stir the mixture in the pan, until the mixture has reached the desired thick consistency. Season with salt, add lemon juice and nutmeg.
