Lazy dumplings: recipes in the oven, in a frying pan and a slow cooker

For the dough you will need:

  • flour — 3 cups;
  • eggs — 3 pieces;
  • water (warm) — 1 glass;
  • salt — ½ teaspoon.

For the stuffing you will need:

  • any meat — 500 g;
  • onion — 1 large head;
  • salt, spices — to taste.

For vegetable pillow you will need:

  • onion — 1 large head or 2 small;
  • carrots — 2 medium pieces;

For the sauce you will need:

  • sour cream — 150 g;
  • water — half a glass;

  • In warm water dissolve the egg and salt. Pour in the sifted flour and mix thoroughly, gradually adding more flour in “liquid center”. Knead the dough and set it to “rasstavaniya”, covered with a towel or wrapped in a plastic bag, about half an hour.

    • flour — 230 g;

    • onions — 1 head;
    • salt and spices — to taste;
    • greens.


  • In the sifted flour, add warm (not hot) water, salt and egg. Gently stir the mixture, gradually increasing the density of the dough, adding flour.
