Lazy dumplings: recipes in the oven, in a frying pan and a slow cooker

Cooking

  • In warm water dissolve the egg and salt. Pour in the sifted flour and mix thoroughly, gradually adding more flour in “liquid center”. Knead the dough and set it to “rasstavaniya”, covered with a towel or wrapped in a plastic bag, about half an hour.

    Cooking

  • In the sifted flour, add warm (not hot) water, salt and egg. Gently stir the mixture, gradually increasing the density of the dough, adding flour.
